Sanctuary House provides moderately priced luxury short and long-term housing for the expatriate community. We now have two shop-house buildings featuring ten apartments for rent. We have a U.S. management team based in Bangkok, Thailand and are a subsidiary of One Minute Enterprises Ltd. Thailand.

We currently specialize in studio apartments and office space in the Sathorn neighborhood of central Bangkok. Our current properties are located on Soi Sribumpen near Soi Ngam Du Plee, Malaysia Hotel and Pantip Court among other landmarks.

We take care to develop properties based on the following guidelines:
